for the first part, to slow and speed the plaforms, hit the spheres on the side with the wanted speed.

this is a little idea for a game mechanic i had, a time bubble gun. anything in the bubble 'changes time' so things go slower or faster while in. but, i'm not sure if its a good mechanic to invest time in, so i want you guys to just test it and see if you like it or not
